Instructions:
Please write your last name as well as the big initial you would like to include. Generally, the first letter of the last name is used, but you may customize it however you like! If you would like to include further details, please write that in the Additional Instructions box above.

Process:
Each custom order will receive two free proofs sent to the email you provide. Beyond that we will have to start charging for additional design time. We hate to do this but it's necessary so that we can get all our custom orders produced! Also, if any custom proof is not approved within 2 weeks of a proof being sent, we will assume it is approved and proceed with production.

Timing & Shipping:
Typically, our turnaround time for custom metal monogram designs is fairly quick! Once you approve the design, the product usually takes 1 week to produce and then 3-5 business days to ship. The script monogram has 3 script letters and is a versatile piece that can be made for a family or for an individual.

Instructions:
Please write your initials in the order you would like to see them appear. For families it will be wife's first name initial, last name, then husband's first name initial. For an individual it is your first initial, last name, middle initial. If you would like to include further details, please write that in the Additional Instructions box above.
