Instructions:
Please write your last name as well as the big initial you would like to include. Generally, the first letter of the last name is used, but you may customize it however you like! If you would like to include further details, please write that in the Additional Instructions box above.
Process:
Each custom order will receive two free proofs sent to the email you provide. Beyond that we will have to start charging for additional design time. We hate to do this but it's necessary so that we can get all our custom orders produced! Also, if any custom proof is not approved within 2 weeks of a proof being sent, we will assume it is approved and proceed with production.
Timing & Shipping:
Typically, our turnaround time for custom metal monogram designs is fairly quick! Once you approve the design, the product usually takes 1 week to produce and then 3-5 business days to ship. Please see our shipping policies for more information regarding exact shipping and processing times and any questions regarding returns.
How to hang your metal sign:
Our custom monogram signs are easy to display and come ready to hang - two mounting screws are included with your metal design.
Black, matte silver, bronze, copper, champagne or gold. Other colors are available upon request.
