Terms & Conditions

By purchasing goods from SportHooks, you are entering into a legally binding agreement with our company on the following terms.  Please read and understand these terms as they affect your rights and liabilities. Please unpack and inspect your order immediately. Any and all claims must be reported within 5 business days.



Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2-5 days once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day. All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped. All custom orders will ship within 14 business days (rough estimate based on design elements) of an order being processed. Orders submitted before 12PM CST with Overnight or Two-Day shipping methods selected will ship the same business day. Orders placed after 12PM CST or Saturday and Sunday will ship the next business day. These terms are all dependent on if the item ordered is in stock (this varies due to season).

All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service.  The following shipping methods are in effect during this time:
  • PRIORITY MAIL: will arrive in 3-5 business days
  • EXPRESS MAIL: will arrive in 2 business days
  • INTERNATIONAL: all orders shipping internationally are subject to additional shipping charges based on taxes, tariffs and duties put into place by that country. SportHooks is not associated with these fees.  All fees are to be paid for by the customer at the time of delivery. For more information regarding international fees, here is a duty calculator.
All shipping charges are non-refundable. No exceptions. The above shipping times are not guaranteed by USPS and are dependent on weather.


**Please note that custom pieces are NOT eligible for return or exchange. All custom sales are considered final.

Returns must be made within 15 days of receiving your product. All returned packages must include the securely packaged merchandise along with a note. 

Please allow up to 15 business days for your exchange or return to be processed. Business days are Monday-Friday except for federal holidays. Return processing begins after your package is delivered to us.

All sales are final on permanently discounted or marked down merchandise. Sale or clearance items are NOT eligible for return or exchange.


An agreement for SportHooks to sell goods is made when we accept your order. The description of goods, price, and applicable tax are agreed on between purchaser and seller when order is placed. Our charge for transport, packaging, freight and/or insurance will be included in the final invoice upon shipment and is to be borne by purchaser.

Placement of an order is a binding agreement.  Once placed, all orders are considered final and may not be changed or cancelled.


SportHooks eCards can be redeemed online only. Gift cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash value, reloaded with additional value, resold or transferred for value, except where required by law. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. Promotions and other special offers may not be used to purchase a gift card. No sales tax will be charged on the purchase of a gift card. SportHooks will not replace lost or stolen gift cards without satisfactory proof of purchase.


Our goal is to provide high quality goods and products.  Accordingly, we warrant the goods will meet their specification and will be free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of delivery. Each piece is hand crafted and has unique imperfections.

SportHooks is not responsible for lost or damaged products after delivery has been accepted.
